1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FleecePlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides free social casino games, including Loom of Destinies and Lost Temple Runes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the site.
2. Eligibility Requirements
FleecePlay is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You must be 19+ in most Canadian provinces, or 18+ if residing in Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. By participating in Paco's Mountain Path or any other game, you affirm you meet these age requirements.
3. Virtual Currency Policy
Our virtual currency, known as Tassels, is provided entirely for free and is used exclusively for gameplay within FleecePlay. Tassels have absolutely no real-world value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. You cannot purchase Tassels with real money.
4. No Real Money Gambling
FleecePlay is strictly a social casino platform intended for amusement purposes only. Playing games like Loom of Destinies involves no real money gambling. Success in our free games does not imply or guarantee future success at real money gambling or any other games of chance.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the FleecePlay website, including the character Paco, the design of Lost Temple Runes, and the overall Andean theme, are the intellectual property of High Altitude Amusement Corp. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the site without our express written permission.
6. User Conduct
Players are expected to interact with the FleecePlay platform respectfully. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the Tassels economy or the outcome of Paco's Mountain Path is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
High Altitude Amusement Corp. provides FleecePlay on an 'as-is' basis without any warranties. We are not liable for any technical issues, loss of Tassels, or interruptions during your gameplay in Lost Temple Runes. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of FleecePlay or the virtual Tassels system shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
